In construction you do not have the time for extensive training for your crew.  It is important to start with a good crew and know how to screen out personnel that could be detrimental to your project.  In most cases, your superintendent will watch an equipment operator to see if they can operate the equipment and in some cases just settle on being able to start it.  While you are able to get an idea of the candidates abilities, you are seeing them at their best and how do you know if they can follow instructions on a consistent basis?  Contact Mr. Lighthill for this and other construction solutions.
