Mr. Lighthill has more than 36 years experience working in high risk and industrial environments with more than 15 years of experience in environmental health and safety management and training. His experience includes both Industrial and Construction industries. He has a proven track record in obtaining OSHA Voluntary Protection Program Star Status for facilities and experience in mitigating or reversing Notices of Violations. After 19 years working with anhydrous ammonia, he has hands-on knowledge handling highly hazardous materials, chemical spill management, cleanup and training in this area. He has assisted in the production of contractor and truck driver safety summits and has experience in Process Safety Management.
