Mr. Lighthill can create a training program using the Client's material or from scratch depending on the need.  A well trained employee is less likely to be injured on the work site or be involved in any incident, than an employee that doesn't understand their actions.  Mr. Lighthill can not only create the training material, but also present it and follow up to ensure that it is effective and meets or exceeds the client's expectations.
